On one hand, Tizen is being dumb enough to think it’s all about Windows or Ubuntu 32 bits. On the other hand, it’s precisely the flashing of the device that removes the 3D driver because considering the restrictions they were under, they should NEVER have the driver in a place where it’s easy to remove it.

Mas, em resumo, concordo contigo, mas vou mais longe. Esta lei é desnecessária. Um artista que queira colocar as suas obras no domínio público, já o pode fazer e tem mecanismos de licenciamento como as licenças CopyLeft. Um artista que queira distribuir o seu conteúdo e ser ressarcido, tem que fazer o que os outros fazem, que é vender o seu conteúdo.

As associações de artistas, ou as editoras são livres de fazer o bundling que quiserem, para eu poder pagar 9€ para ter acesso a toda uma classe de conteúdo. O Estado não tem nada que se meter nisto, é algo que pode perfeitamente ser tratado pela sociedade civil, se houver procura (que não há). Se não há procura, então isto é de facto uma taxa, e há que discordar dela, porque não é de forma alguma claro que a sociedade queira como um todo suportar SPAs e equivalentes.
